Chef   Marc Felix Introduces a new line of gourmet vegetarian and vegan hors d’oeuvres, flavorful burgers, and more!

In what can only be described as a flavor revolution, award-winning chef Marc Felix, a classically trained, mainstream chef, created this unique new line of epicurean delights.

The inspiration for Chef Marc Felix was to create richly flavored cuisine that would delight diners of all backgrounds and tastes, while satisfying vegans, vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

This inspired new product line is made with a premium blend of soy, wheat and plant proteins. Chef Felix adds his distinctive touch with a variety of techniques and spices from around the world, creating delicious, quality alternatives to meat and seafood based cuisine, bringing to the marketplace exciting new healthy choices.

Hors d'oeuvres.

  • Petite Paella Cake:
    Saffron rice, bell peppers, caramelized onions, peas, paprika and fresh herbs.
  • Red Curry in Phyllo:
    Red curry, coconut milk, toasted sliced almonds, lemongrass, and five spice.
  • Potato Hash:
    Shredded potatoes, madras curry, garam masala, parsley, lime and cilantro.
  • Piccata Cake:
    Lemon, capers, white wine, Dijon mustard, garlic and parsley.
  • “Crab” Cake:
    Hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, sambal oelek, cilantro and panko.
  • Empanada:
    Taco seasonings, black beans, green chile, corn and jalapeno, puff pastry.
  • Asian Dumpling:
    Kaffir Lime, Wasabi, ginger, pickled ginger, soy sauce.

Burgers

  • Barcelona Burger:
    Saffron rice, bell peppers, peas and fresh herbs.
  • Teriyaki Burger:
    Hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, sambal oelek, cilantro and panko.
  • Santa Fe Burger:
    Black beans, green chile, corn, taco seasoning, and cilantro
