Czechvar Wasabi Dip with Shrimp
Crackers

Ingredients: |
|
3 Tbsp Wasabi
powder ½ cup Czechvar
Beer 1 mango, peeled and
sliced 1 Tbsp fresh ginger,
minced 1 garlic clove,
minced 1 lime,
juiced
|
|
Preparation: |
|
Dissolve Wasabi powder into Czechvar Beer.
Combine Czechvar Wasabi beer mixture,
mangoes, ginger, garlic and lime’s juice in
blender and puree until a smooth
consistency. Thin with Czechvar beer as
needed. Serve with shrimp
crackers.

1 package Shrimp
Crackers 2 cups peanut
oil
|
|
Preparation: |
|
Heat oil to 375* in wok or sauce pan. Fry
shrimp crackers several at a time making
sure they do not stick together. Drain on
paper towels.
