Czechvar
Tangerine Glaze with eight Spice
Ratatouille
|
|

Ingredients: |
|
1 Tbsp of toasted sesame oil
½ cup yellow onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp Chinese five spice
powder
2 Japanese eggplants,
diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and
diced
1 sweet potato, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 yellow squash, diced
Sea salt, to taste

Preparation: |
|
Heat toasted sesame oil in sauté pan over
medium high heat. Add onions and cook until
translucent. Add garlic, ginger and
five-spice powder and sauté 1-2 minutes to
wake up the flavors. Add all of the chopped
vegetables and sauté until softened, about
15-20 minutes.
Season with sea salt to taste.

Beer
2 cups tangerine juice
|
|
Preparation: |
|
Combine ingredients in sauce pan over
medium high heat and reduce by half. Serve
over ratatouille.
