  Czechvar Longevity Noodles with Whole Fish 

Ingredients:

2 cups peanut oil
½ lb fresh smelt fish
1-cup rice flour
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp chili powder

Preparation:

Heat peanut oil to 375* in wok or saucepan. Combine flour with seasonings and dredge the fish in the flour mixture. Fry several at a time in hot oil, making sure they do not stick together. Drain on paper towels.

Ingredients:

1-package flat egg noodles
½ cup toasted sesame oil

1-cup peanut sauce 

1Tbsp soy sauce
½ cup Czechvar Beer

Preparation:

Boil noodles until cooked but firm. Drain and toss with toasted sesame oil. Combine peanut sauce, soy sauce and Czechvar Beer and toss with noodles. Divide between serving bowls and top with whole fried fish.
