Czechvar 24-Carat Lemongrass Chicken

Ingredients:

1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 lb chicken breasts cut into strips
1 stalk lemongrass, cut diagonally
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 large carrots, diced
1 cup Czechvar Beer
1 kaffir lime leaf
1 lime, juiced
1-cup coconut milk
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation:

Heat sesame oil in large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add chicken strips to oil and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add lemongrass, garlic, ginger and carrots to the chicken and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Add the Czechvar Beer, lime’s juice and kaffir lime leaf to mixture and let it reduce by half. Add coconut milk and reduce for another 3-4 minutes. Season it with sea salt and pepper, garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
